LogTransporter is a Macintosh only program. The only requirement is a Macintosh that has internet access and an email account. |
|
Launch the program, and fill in your email settings under the Mail Settings tab. All files are sent to the 'To' address. Now, set up a file schedule. You can either drag a text file to the file schedule list or click the Add button for a dialog box. You can only add files that have a file type of 'TEXT'. To adjust the file schedule, select a file, adjust the frequency, period. Then adjust the starting month, day, hour, and minute. Finally, click the update button to save your changes and to update the Departing schedule. Deleting a file schedule is easy too. Select the file and click the Delete button. LogTransporter checks every 60 seconds to see if a file should be sent. If it doesn't send, check your starting date and time. Don't forget to press the update button! By default, the file will be sent once per day starting tommorrow. |
